Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Payson was surrounded by the entrepreneurial spirit, with his father owning chiropractic clinics. This early exposure to small business operations sparked his understanding of the challenges that many business owners face.
Payson started his career by optimizing technology systems in high-end client homes, refining their tech environments for superior functionality. With a strong foundation in audio/visual systems and video conferencing, his expertise spans various technological disciplines.
Now, Payson is expanding his knowledge into cloud technologies to enhance Innovate's capabilities, continuously striving to offer cutting-edge solutions that help small businesses operate more efficiently.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Logan grew up in a single-parent household, inspired by his mother’s small business. This early exposure sparked his passion for helping businesses succeed.
At 18, he started in door-to-door sales, then transitioned to logistics as a broker managing global transportation. He later moved into the Government Tech industry, selling process automation software to agencies across North America. His experience revealed the inefficiencies in many organizations.
Driven to streamline processes, Logan founded Innovate to help small business owners optimize operations, so they can focus on growth.
